We are eternally grateful to David Luis Alonso Allard for helping us to purchase our dream home in the sun. He not only viewed the property for us, when we were initially unable to make the trip to Spain ourselves, but also negotiated the terms with the bank and was also immensely proactive in helping us to understand the legal requirements of buying a property in Spain. With his local knowle dge and professional help, we were able to acquire the necessary documents to secure the purchase of the house and also sign the deeds with the notary within the very short time of only two weeks. Following this, he did not abandon us to our fate, but cont inued to adviseus on how to complete paperwork to secure basic water and electricity su pplies and register our names with the local council. It is not difficult to see why we would definitely recommend David to be the one to help you with your own house purchase in Spain!
